I just wanted to give some feedback on the MHaW Mental Health Allies® training and say that it was such an inspiring two days. TAC has worked in partnership with Mental Health at Work to develop a customised training provision in order to encourage open and natural conversations about mental health within the television production industry. Feedback from our members has been outstanding. They had a positive learning experience and were glad of the opportunity to increase their confidence and skills to manage mental health within their working environments in a variety of senior roles

We chose a partnership with Mental Health at Work, after looking at a range of providers in the market place, because of their pragmatic and agile approach. They took time to really get to know our business, language and pressure points around workplace mental health and created content that reflected our culture and way of working. This has resulted in an impactful, engaging and practical programme of workshops for our restaurant and Central Support managers that has been very widely well-received. The programme has evolved in content to continue to be impactful for attendees. We look forward to seeing the partnership continue into 2022.
